Job Description
TOYOTI1 is looking for a Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) to join our dynamic team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in managing our production costs and optimizing financial performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
- Understand material transactions and investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
- Collaborate with Japan to enhance the use of CADIOS in cost management. Fluency in Japanese is required.
- Plan and oversee Fixed Asset inventory.
- Analyze ROI on new projects and ensure accuracy upon completion.
- Participate in budget planning by developing annual budgets for labor and other costs.
Education and Experience Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, along with ten years of related experience. Cost Accounting expertise is essential, and CPA certification is highly preferred. Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
Key Qualifications
- 6+ years of Cost Accounting and cost management experience.
- Proficiency in SAP S4 HANA and/or CPA certification.
