Job Description
TOYOTI1 is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior Cost Analyst with proficiency in both English and Japanese to join our dynamic team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a leading international tire manufacturing company, we value innovation, quality, and performance in all aspects of our business.
Responsibilities
- Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
- Understand material transactions and investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
- Collaborate with Japan to enhance the use of CADIOS for managing production costs. Fluency in Japanese is essential.
- Plan and oversee Fixed Asset inventory.
- Assist departments in analyzing ROI on new projects and validate upon completion.
- Engage in the budget planning process by developing an annual budget for labor and other costs as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or a related field, with at least ten years of relevant experience.
- Strong background in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
- CPA certification is highly desirable.
- Experience with SAP S4 HANA is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in both English and Japanese is mandatory.
