Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Cost Analyst with fluency in both English and Japanese to join TOYOTI1, a leading international tire manufacturing company with a rich history of over 75 years. As a Cost Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing production costs, analyzing variances, and supporting departmental decisions at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Become the go-to expert on CADIOS and investigate material transactions.
• Collaborate with Japan to optimize our production costs through CADIOS, requiring fluency in Japanese.
• Lead the Fixed Asset inventory planning and assist in ROI analysis of new projects.
• Contribute to the annual budget planning process by developing labor and cost budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
• CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
• Fluency in Japanese is a must.
