Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

We are seeking a talented Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) to join the dynamic team at TOYOTI1. In this role, you will lead cost analysis, working closely with the CADIOS system, managing material transactions, and collaborating with Japan to optimize production costs. Fluent Japanese language skills are essential for effective communication with our global team.

Key Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Investigate monthly variances in material transactions within CADIOS.
• Collaborate with Japan to improve cost management through CADIOS.
• Lead the Fixed Asset inventory planning and management.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and validate post-implementation.
• Participate in labor and cost budget planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and Management.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
