Job Description
We are seeking a talented Senior Manager for Products and Platforms to join our Regional Marketing, Sales, and eCommerce (MSE) team at Nestlé Information Technology. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for supporting our North American Operating Companies with Sales Technology solutions. Your strategic leadership will be instrumental in evolving the team, driving innovation, and creating business value through technology. As a key representative of Sales Technology, you will collaborate with leaders to scale Sales innovation initiatives and ensure the successful regional deployment of applications. Your responsibilities will include team management, resource planning, driving adherence to Service Level Management practices, and ensuring compliance with Security requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Regional team for MSE Sales Technology, including people and resource management within the assigned budget.
- Represent Sales Technology across the Marketing, Sales, and eCommerce area, influencing leaders and building business cases for North America-wide initiatives.
- Plan, manage, and communicate regional deployments of Sales Technology applications, ensuring alignment with global objectives and on-time delivery.
- Oversee the deployment, sustainment, and evolution of Sales-related applications like Exceedra and C4C Sales and Service.
- Ensure team adherence to Service Level Management best practices and Compliance & Security requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of combined experience in business and technology, with 5+ years in management.
- Experience working with Digital Business Technology and solutions, interpreting requirements for business and technical stakeholders.
The salary range for this position is $150,000.00 to $195,000.00.
