Job Description

Flexential is seeking an ambitious Account Executive specializing in colocation services to become part of our innovative team. This role involves promoting and selling Flexential's colocation solutions to potential clients within designated data centers. Responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying opportunities, recommending customized solutions, negotiating deals, and contributing market insights to enhance the company's competitive strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote Flexential's colocation products and services to prospective customers.
  • Generate leads and secure new sales in targeted data center regions.
  • Maintain sales momentum to meet monthly quotas.
  • Close deals aligned with assigned sales targets.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract signing.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to support customer engagements.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to manage and track sales activities.
  • Coordinate contract negotiations for Flexential Master Service Agreements.
  • Engage with prospects through various communication channels.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with networking partners and channel associates.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in managing sales processes with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven success in team sales environments leveraging Subject Matter Experts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com for end-to-end sales management.
  • Self-driven with a keen adaptability to dynamic market trends.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Word, and contact management tools.
  • Positive and determined attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the technology sector.

Base pay range: $62,000 - $85,000 annually. Variable pay includes a discretionary annual bonus based on performance. Flexential is an equal opportunity employer.
