Job Description
We are looking for an Account Executive specializing in colocation services to join Flexential's innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for presenting and promoting Flexential's colocation products and services to potential customers. Your primary tasks will include generating leads, qualifying opportunities, designing solutions, negotiating deals, and contributing valuable market insights to the business.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions
- Promote colocation products and services to potential customers.
- Generate leads and drive sales within a designated region.
- Maintain sales activity to meet forecast requirements.
- Achieve monthly sales quotas.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including coordinating with Subject Matter Experts.
- Utilize Salesforce.com for opportunity management.
- Oversee the contracting process for service agreements.
- Engage with prospects through various communication channels.
- Build and nurture relationships with networking partners and channel partners.
- Perform duties as assigned by Sales Leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales management with C-suite and departmental staff.
- Proven success in team selling with Subject Matter Experts.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and MS Office applications.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to market changes.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Excel, Word, and contact management software.
- Positive 'must win' attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4 years of successful acquisition sales experience, preferably in the technology sector.

Base Pay Range
Estimated annual salary range: $62,000 - $85,000. Actual pay range based on experience and qualifications.
Variable Pay
Potential annual bonus based on personal and company performance.
