Job Description
Amazon Web Services is seeking a talented engineer skilled in the art of integration for expanding the Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) to government customers. As part of a fast-paced environment, you'll operate and engineer systems on a massive scale and gain top-notch experience in cloud computing. You'll design and build the operational scalability that sustains the platform's growth, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of government services.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and engineer systems on a massive scale.
- Develop expert EC2 platform diagnosis, response, measurement, and automation.
- Design and build operational scalability for the platform's growth.
- Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of government services.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of systems administration experience (Linux/Windows or Networking).
- 3+ years experience with cloud computing technologies.
- Strong debugging and systems analysis skills.
- Experience working with scripting languages.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above.

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
