Supplier Quality Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer to join Middle River Aerostructure Systems, a leading manufacturer in the aerospace industry. As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will drive quality for assigned suppliers, own supplier audits, and ensure compliance with industrial standards. You will work closely with the sourcing organization, conduct supplier performance reviews, and lead corrective action investigations. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Supplier Quality Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality for assigned suppliers and implement quality plans.
• Own supplier audits, ensure compliance, and drive improvement plans.
• Partner with the sourcing organization to ensure engineering requirements are met.
• Coordinate with suppliers to drive root cause and corrective action investigations.
• Participate in supplier performance reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in Supplier Quality Engineering.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead small teams and coordinate multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
