Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Join our team at Green Source Automation LLC as a Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician based in or around Lafayette, Indiana. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining our cutting-edge Robotics Systems in the dairy industry, conducting regular maintenance tasks, and ensuring the optimal operation of automated systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform biweekly maintenance on all six robotics systems.
• Execute weekly brush changes for system efficiency.
• Conduct monthly preventative maintenance on ECAlogical MAX Generators.
• Available for on-call duties to address system issues promptly.

Requirements

• Develop and apply the skill set necessary for system maintenance.
• Experience with PLC-based controls design, development, and implementation.
• Mechanical aptitude for system operations.
• Proficient in PC skills and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to interpret and work with electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities.
• Flexibility with work hours and strong organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation

Yearly Salary: $40,000 - $60,000
