Great Clips is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager for our Century Hills location. This is a new leadership opportunity that includes a $2000 hiring bonus! As the Assistant Salon Manager, you will be responsible for motivating and supporting our team of stylists, delivering top-notch customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of the salon.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to stylists.
• Motivate, coach, and lead the salon team to achieve excellent results.
• Ensure the salon is organized, clean, and well-managed.

Requirements

• Current cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province).
• Great communication and motivational skills.
