Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Care Manager, you will provide high-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your role involves building relationships with seniors, assisting with daily activities, monitoring residents' well-being, and participating in enriching activities.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
- Assist residents with daily living activities and individual care needs.
- Notify management of changes in condition and recommend adjustments in care.
- Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and monthly updates.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote risk management programs.
- Respond to dining needs while maintaining hospitality standards.
Qualifications
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
- High School diploma/GED (may be required per state regulations).
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Effective communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
