Job Description

ScionHealth is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to assist professional nursing personnel in providing patient care and support for chronically ill and medically complex patients. This role is crucial to the recovery process of our patients in need of acute care.

Responsibilities

• Assist professional nursing personnel in providing patient care in the assigned area.
• Help patients with activities of daily living, provide personal care and emotional support, and execute complex clinical skills under the direction of professional nursing personnel.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a course for nursing assistants.
• Current Nursing Assistant Certification and BLS Certification.
• Minimum six months of experience in an acute or long-term care facility.
