Clinician Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provides therapeutic services to various client demographics in diverse settings.
• Performs clinical intakes, evaluations, and crisis intervention.
• Participates in interdisciplinary treatment teams and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Maintains confidentiality of records, participates in clinical supervision, and complies with productivity standards and regulatory requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Necessary

Ability to provide sound treatment services, diagnostic evaluations, and crisis interventions. Proficiency in time management, organization, and clear communication. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Two years of post-master's clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Licensed as a Master Level Clinician per NJ State regulations.
• Strong organization, facilitation, presentation, and writing skills. Flexible, strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and conflict resolution abilities.
