Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely resolution of Facility and customer issues.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and document them accurately.
• Follow data center policies and procedures diligently.
• Offer local access, escort, and remote hands support.
• Assist in installations and maintain a clean Data Center environment.

Required Qualifications

• Passion for customer experience.
• Understanding of Windows operating systems and IT support environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.
• Relevant certifications such as Network+, Security+, CCNA, or Microsoft MCP/MCSA are desirable.
