Responsibilities

• Provide support to individuals with a range of challenges including intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and mental illness.
• Facilitate participation in community activities and promote independence in daily living skills.
• Assist with personal care, hygiene needs, and behavioral challenges.
• Support the development and implementation of individualized goals and plans.
