Responsibilities

• Help individuals grow, learn, and live well.
• Build meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve.
• Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Assist with personal hygiene and provide support to individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Vehicle: Must currently have a valid driver’s license and have been legally authorized to drive without restriction for at least 1 year post-learner’s permit.
