Job Description
We are looking for a Field Solutions Engineer II to join Flexential, a leading company in the IT services industry. As a Field Solutions Engineer, you will focus on Hybrid/Cloud and Managed Services, including Large Retail Colocation opportunities. Your role involves providing pre-sales technical expertise to support CMS Deal Pursuit and designing custom solutions for new customers. You will be responsible for architecting and presenting Cloud and Managed Services solutions, with a consultative approach to customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Development of Regional Partners and technical enablement.
- Architecting Cloud and Managed Services solutions for new customers, including Colocation in Hybrid configurations.
- Providing technical support to sales teams nationwide.
- Staying updated on product offerings and industry trends.
- Creating comprehensive solution designs and documentation for successful opportunities.
- Delivering exceptional customer presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field preferred.
- 6-9 years of relevant industry experience.
- Ability to design and communicate solutions effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical proficiency and team-oriented mindset.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based applications and infrastructure.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of data center infrastructure, cloud platforms, and hypervisor technologies.
- Experience with databases, storage solutions, and IT security best practices.

Compensation
Base Salary Range: $120,000 - 140,000 annually. Variable pay includes discretionary bonuses based on personal and company performance.
