- Operate and maintain machine shop equipment with expertise and safety
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Handle diverse projects across various industries like agriculture, high-performance, diesel, and vintage/restoration
- Estimate job requirements accurately and manage resources for timely project completion
- Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout projects
- Execute a range of machine shop tasks including engine rebuilds, reconditioning of parts, and more
Requirements
- Manual dexterity skills for machining and assembly operations
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
- Mechanical inclination and ability to lift a minimum of 70 pounds
- Physical capabilities for standing, lifting, twisting, and sitting
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency
