Job Description

Quad, a global marketing experience company, is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Finishing Inspectors. This role offers the opportunity to learn the Folding Carton Packaging process and grow in a challenging and dynamic environment. Entry-level wages start at $17.50/hour, with a $1.50/hour shift premium for second shift workers, and additional training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure product quality and efficiency.
• Perform visual inspections to identify and address defects in products.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company standards for quality assurance.
• Ability to work in a team environment and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to stand and perform physical duties for extended periods.
• Good verbal and written comprehension skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing shift schedules.
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
