Job Description

Quad is seeking Full Time Finishing Inspectors to join our manufacturing team. As a global marketing experience company, Quad believes in creating a better way. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn the Folding Carton Packaging process from the ground up and advance in a challenging environment. You'll receive on-the-job and/or technical classroom training to enhance your skills working with the industry’s most advanced Folding Carton Packaging equipment. Entry-level wages start at $17.50 / hour with a $1.50 / hour shift premium for the second shift. The plant currently operates a 10-hour shift schedule with options for different shift timings to accommodate production needs.

Required Qualifications

• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
• Successful candidates must be able to perform the following: stand long hours, use hands and wrists continuously in controlled movement, lift 10-15 pounds continuously, up to 50 pounds occasionally throughout the shift, receive and follow instructions, demonstrate good verbal and written comprehension, identify defects with or without reasonable accommodation, perform basic math calculations, thrive in a team environment, work independently with minimal supervision, and work overtime as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
