We are seeking a Group Fitness Instructor (GFI) to provide an exceptional member experience through fun and happy fitness. As a GFI, you will be a high-energy, knowledgeable champion who motivates and uplifts others through movement and community within a group fitness class.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide an exceptional fitness experience to all Studio members.
• Execute the Vasa Uplift Member Experience (VUME) in every class.
• Ensure punctuality and preparedness, ensuring the room is ready and members are greeted on time.
• Safely and accurately demonstrate exercises and movements and actively monitor members in class performance.
• Execute post-class procedures, including cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing the environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to member needs and concerns, and actively promote classes to retain and invite new participants.
