Human Resource Paralegal Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Human Resource Paralegal Manager to join our team at Rare Collectibles TV LLC in Torrance, CA. This role is pivotal in ensuring legal compliance across all HR practices and policies. As part of our team, you will collaborate with legal counsel, manage employee relations, oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, conduct performance management, provide training and development opportunities, manage time and attendance tracking, and maintain accurate HR records.

Responsibilities

• Ensure legal compliance of HR policies with local, state, and federal laws
• Resolve employee relations issues and promote a positive workplace culture
• Manage recruitment process, conduct exit interviews, and analyze turnover trends
• Develop and implement performance management systems and training programs
• Oversee time and attendance tracking and maintain accurate HR records

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of HR experience with focus on recruitment, employee relations, training, and development
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, policies, and procedures
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy and confidentiality
• Paralegal certification or experience is a plus, Paylocity experience preferred
