Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team by example, focusing on exceptional customer service and relationship building.
• Maintain store aesthetics by stocking, remerchandising, and managing price markdowns.
• Inspire and motivate the team to achieve and exceed business goals through creative ideas and strong leadership.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of retail sales experience with supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to support various business activities and work during nights, weekends, and holidays.
