Responsibilities
- Be a role model for the team, driving sales and exceptional customer focus through authentic relationships.
- Maintain the store's presentation by stocking, remerchandising, and managing price markdowns.
- Inspire and motivate the team to surpass business goals using strong business acumen.

- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of retail sales experience, with supervisory experience preferred.

- Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
