Responsibilities

  • Be a role model for the team, driving sales and exceptional customer focus through authentic relationships.
  • Maintain the store's presentation by stocking, remerchandising, and managing price markdowns.
  • Inspire and motivate the team to surpass business goals using strong business acumen.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance business growth.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of retail sales experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to support various store activities as needed.
  • Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
