Kitchen Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen operations at Talent Up Recruiting, LLC in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and efficiency of our kitchen, while supervising and developing our kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Keep kitchens clean, safe, and organized.
• Monitor food quality and oversee inventory management.
• Train, supervise, and develop kitchen staff.
• Enforce food safety standards and manage food costs.
• Implement waste management procedures and maintain production records.
• Troubleshoot and resolve kitchen issues effectively.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role.
• Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or Restaurant Management preferred.
• Strong leadership, delegation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and organization abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen equipment.

Compensation

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually + Bonus + Benefits
