Job Description
We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Rochester Manor. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes for patients.
Position Highlights
- Assess patients and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to care planning and administer medications.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Valid BLS/CPR certification.
