Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare's Rochester Manor. As an LPN, you will work under the guidance of Registered Nurses to provide excellent patient care and ensure positive clinical outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Assess patient/resident conditions and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning and administer medications.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical/vocational nursing school.
- Current LPN license or pending licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
