Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the team at Rochester Manor. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current LPN licensure or pending licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
