Licensed Practical Nurse - Primary Care LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Central Vermont Medical Center. As an Office LPN II, you will work under the supervision of the Clinical Coordinator, healthcare providers, and the Office Supervisor to deliver exceptional patient care, maintain professional standards, and collaborate effectively with other team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide optimal patient care and support.

• Work cooperatively with healthcare providers and office staff.

Requirements

• Graduate from an approved Professional Nursing Education Program.
• Current LPN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
• One to three years of hospital or office nursing experience.
• BLS training preferred.
