Responsibilities

1. Administer medications and treatments safely and efficiently.
2. Document resident information accurately and confidentially.
3. Report any resident condition changes promptly to the appropriate personnel.
4. Assist with medication records and pharmacy communications.

Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Nurse (LVN/LPN) in the appropriate state.
• Experience working with the elderly population is preferred.
• Proficiency in English is desirable.
• CPR certification is required.
• Background check is mandatory for employment.
