Job Description
Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for the 296-unit Pioneer Ridge Apartments in Oregon City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for repairs, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, janitorial service, and pool maintenance at the property.

Pioneer Ridge Apartments, Oregon City, OR
Salary
$24-$28/hr, Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
Additional Compensation
$50.00 cell phone stipend, mileage reimbursement

Requirements
- 2 years' apartment maintenance experience
- Basic knowledge of landscaping, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.
- Pool maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Knowledge of Landlord, Tenant, Fair Housing Laws
