Maintenance Technician II

Job Description

Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to provide repair, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, janitorial services, and pool maintenance for the Pioneer Ridge Apartments in Oregon City. The ideal candidate must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, time management skills, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform various maintenance tasks including repairs, landscaping, and pool maintenance.
• Work independently or as part of a team to ensure the property's upkeep.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while handling maintenance duties.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years' apartment maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in landscaping, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment and lift up to 60 pounds.
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of Landlord, Tenant, and Fair Housing Laws.

Benefits

• Hourly rate: $24-$28.
• Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
