Join our team at HSHS St. John's Hospital as an RN New Grad Residency. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in promoting and restoring patients' health by providing physical and psychological support, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and supervising team members.

Responsibilities

• Complete the nursing process to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide physical and emotional support to patients, families, and friends.
• Supervise assigned team members to deliver quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Healthcare or service industry experience is a plus.
• Illinois License or Wisconsin Temporary Permit required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
