Manager, Enterprise Security

Job Description

Join Flexential as the Manager of Enterprise Security, where you will lead the design, implementation, and management of security services to safeguard our assets, personnel, and customers. This role involves managing security staff, developing policies, project initiatives, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions

• Manage security staff and contracts.
• Act as the security subject matter expert and represent Flexential in interactions with stakeholders.
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
• Manage budgets and expenses for security operations.
• Recruit, train, and supervise security personnel.
• Lead the design, implementation, and management of new physical security systems.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure security requirements in construction projects.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of management experience.
• Technical expertise in low voltage systems and networking.
• Experience in budget management and team leadership.
• Proficient in security systems and tools, Microsoft Office, and change management processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 7-10 years of project management experience in a multi-location environment.
• Proficiency in Genetec systems and network design.
• Additional certifications in IT hardware/software and physical security systems.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for extended periods, lift 50 lbs, and travel as needed.
