Job Description

The Manager of Enterprise Security at Flexential leads the design, implementation, and management of Enterprise Security services and physical security systems to safeguard assets, personnel, and customers. The role involves managing security staff, developing policies, managing budgets, and overseeing physical security technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage security staff and contracts.
• Act as a security subject matter expert.
• Develop and implement security policies and protocols.
• Manage security budgets and expenses.
• Recruit, train, and supervise security officers.
• Lead the configuration and maintenance of physical security systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of managing people, projects, and processes.
• Experience with low voltage security systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and network principles.

Preferred Qualifications

• 7-10 years of project management experience.
• Proficiency in security system architecture and network design.
• Relevant IT certifications and software knowledge.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for extended periods.
• Walk or stand for 25% of the time.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Salary Details

Annualized salary: $116,800 - $128,152
