Job Description
The Member Experience Lead (MEL) at VASA Fitness is a pivotal role responsible for developing and leading a high-performing team within the club. The MEL is focused on driving results, maintaining the club's culture, and continuously improving the member experience. As an engaging, positive, and organized leader, the MEL sets the example for the Member Experience Specialists (MES) and ensures a world-class experience for VASA members.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all MES create and maintain the club's 'UPLIFT' culture
- Implement the welcoming, non-intimidating VASA experience for guests and members
- Recruit, hire, and train all MES team members
- Promote REVIVE sales and maintain a clean, friendly, and functional club environment
- Support the General Manager in forecasting staffing needs and conducting interviews
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to MES team members
- Communicate, lead by example, and motivate the team to develop passion for the brand and values
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to ensure club goals are achieved
