Member Services Representative

Location: Corporate Office (remote positions available)

Job Type: Full-Time, Monday-Friday 11:00AM - 8:00PM

Job Description

At VASA Fitness, the Member Services Representative is responsible for providing customer service to members via phone, email, and chat, delivering an inclusive and positive experience. You will be an integral part of the Member Services team, addressing and resolving member questions and concerns while creating a #VAWESOME experience for our members.

Responsibilities

  • Create a friendly, professional, and positive first impression on members, their guests, and the public.
  • Accurately address and resolve member concerns and requirements.
  • Meet or exceed all quotas provided by leadership, both personally and as a team unit.
  • Accurately record all information regarding member relations internally and with external vendors.
  • Research and resolve member issues through the use of a computerized database.
  • Route phone calls, members, and guests to appropriate personnel to handle memberships promptly and efficiently.
  • Collect on past due accounts.
