This remote position involves working with warm leads, acting as consultants to assist clients in finding life insurance plans tailored to their needs. Previous experience in life insurance is beneficial but not required as we provide training and tools for success. Join our team to work as brokers for over 50+ life insurance carriers, offering competitive premiums and helping clients make informed decisions. The compensation is commission-based with uncapped earning potential, with full-time agents typically earning $250k+ in their first year. This role offers significant growth opportunities by recruiting, hiring, and mentoring new agents. Our 'Protect the Protector' benefit package includes free life insurance, Group Health Care plan, and bonuses based on production.
