Job Description
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Nurse Aides to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and support to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. This role offers part-time positions available on both the 1st and 2nd shifts.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
- Collaborate with the team to develop Individualized Service Plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe environment.
- Deliver dining services with Sunrise hospitality standards.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and flexibility to support residents.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Ability to make sound decisions in the resident's best interest.
