Job Description
We are currently seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for delivering top-quality care and services to a dedicated group of residents and their families in our assisted living and reminiscence communities.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with assigned seniors and their families, providing assistance with daily activities, personalized care, and understanding their preferences and personalities.
- Monitor residents' conditions, recommend care adjustments, and participate in the development and updates of Individualized Service Plans.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents, comply with regulations, and maintain hospitality and service standards.
- Engage residents in life skills and enriching activities, demonstrating commitment to our Principles of Services.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude, teamwork abilities, and a passion for serving seniors.
- Ability to make informed decisions in residents' best interests and communicate effectively.
- Prior experience with seniors, organizational skills, and good judgment.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
