Pest Management Service Manager

Colony Pest Management, Inc. is seeking a Pest Management Service Manager to lead our field service team and ensure exceptional customer service. With over forty years of experience, we are dedicated to protecting the health and property of our clients in the New York Tri-State area and beyond. Responsibilities

  • Establish and monitor chemical distribution and usage by route.
  • Schedule field work, monitor efficiency, completion, and quality.
  • Promote sales and lead generation within the field service team.
  • Ensure quality control, training compliance, and professionalism among team members.
  • Manage service-related paperwork, time records, and customer communications.
  • Oversee callbacks, emergency visits, and field operations.

Requirements

  • NYSDEC 7A, 7F, 7C certification required.
  • Two-year college degree preferred.
  • Experience in pest control or similar service industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and travel locally and occasionally out of town.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Experience in business development, training, and team supervision.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Starting salary $52k to $70k annually.
