Physical Security Customer and Facility Installation Specialist

Join our team at Flexential as a Physical Security Customer and Facility Installation Specialist. In this role, you will support the Physical Security Installation Lead Engineer in overseeing installation projects from start to finish, managing vendors and resources, programming security systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure servers, workstations, and system components.
• Manage security system installations and act as the main contact.
• Supervise project timelines and equipment procurement.
• Evaluate system performance and ensure effectiveness.
• Maintain technical knowledge and communicate industry changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on project requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in managing security system projects.
• Technical expertise in low voltage systems and security technologies.
• Ability to interpret site plans, floor plans, and schematics.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in networking and low voltage troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in IT and security-related areas.
• Experience with access control and CCTV systems.
• Familiarity with Genetec and related software.
• Physical fitness to lift and move equipment.

Salary: The base pay range for this position is estimated at $86,000 - $96,000 annually, with a discretionary bonus based on performance.
