Great Strides Holdco Inc., a subsidiary of H2 Health, is currently seeking a full-time Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team at Great Strides Rehabilitation in Jacksonville, FL. Key Responsibilities:

• Work with children with various developmental diagnoses focusing on Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
• Ensure the highest quality of care and effective interventions for each child.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited PT program.
• Active license to practice Physical Therapy in Florida.
• Prior experience preferred but new graduates welcome.
