Job Description

Now Hiring Packers on Mid 3pm-11pm and Night shift 11pm-7am. Shearer's is the company behind all your favorite snack brands and has over 5,000 associates in 14 state-of-the-art manufacturing and warehouse sites in North America. Starting Hourly Rate - $15.70 plus $1.50 shift differential for Mid Shift - 3pm-11pm & Night Shift 11pm-7am. Free snacks for team members. Assembling boxes, packing bagged product, inspecting quality, contributing to facility cleanliness, and supporting the team are essential responsibilities. Basic math and counting skills and prior manufacturing or warehouse experience are preferred. Ability to be on your feet for up to eight hours, keep up with a fast, repetitious pace, and perform repetitious lifting up to 25+ pounds is required.
