Responsibilities
- Admit and transfer patients within the unit.
- Perform systematic patient assessments.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation.
- Interpret diagnostic data and respond to emergencies.
- Promote quality improvement and patient education.
- Advocate for patients and families.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.
Credentials Required
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in LTC/SNF setting.
- Active FL RN license.
- CPR/BLS certification, Physical, and TB/PPD test results.
- Verifiable work history and professional references.
