Alliance Nursing is seeking dedicated RNs or LPNs for 1:1 care for pediatric and young adult clients in Tacoma and Graham. Our private duty nursing services cater to individuals with complex medical needs, requiring mechanical ventilation, tracheostomy care, and nursing interventions. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care, as well as effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Basic Qualifications

• Current Washington State RN or LPN license without restrictions, or a current Multi-State License from a participating Compact State.
