We are hiring RN or LPN professionals to provide 1:1 care to trach/vent reliant pediatric clients in Puyallup and Graham. Join Alliance Nursing's team to deliver critical nursing services, including mechanical ventilation, tracheostomy care, and nursing interventions. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care effectively.
• Maintain professional standards in interactions with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Demonstrate exceptional assessment skills and nursing judgment for quick response to condition changes.

Requirements

• Current Washington State Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse license (RN or LPN).
• Excellent clinical skills and compassion for patient care.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with the healthcare team.
