Job Description

The Route Sales Representative is a full-time position responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising Frito-Lay's complete product line, including Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and more to local stores such as gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores. You will drive a Frito-Lay truck to different stores, work independently to unload orders, merchandise products, partner with store managers to increase sales, order, and maintain records throughout the day.

What can you expect:

• Learn the basics of the role with four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training
• Run routes, experience different stores, meet new customers
• Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling displays, and completing national initiatives
• Attain a route with set days off/schedule with time
• Work in a fun, fast-paced, and physical environment

Requirements

• Be 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Pass a Department of Transportation physical and certification
