Job Description
The Route Sales Representative is a full-time position responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising Frito-Lay's complete line of products to local stores, including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores. Working independently, you will drive a Frito-Lay truck to different stores, unload orders, merchandise products, partner with store managers to increase sales, order, and maintain records throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Learn the basics of the role, including dedicated driving and selling training
- Run routes, experience different stores, and meet new customers
- Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives
- Attain a route with set days off/schedule with time
- Work in a fun, fast-paced, and physical environment
Requirements
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain any additional licenses or endorsements required
- Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Pass a Department of Transportation physical and certification
